Okay but could be better

Card didn’t work the whole time of my stay, that’s probably a temp. But the microwave oven and freezer is pretty small. Please take trash out everyday or put large bin outside so we can use. The bath tub made noises when we use. Close to CVG airport, good restaurants close by.

Worst nights of my life

We arrived in the evening but they had no rooms cleaned. We were given a queen bed on the 3rd floor. The hallway smelled horrible and there were people sleeping in hall. We were sleeping and was woke by some loud banging on our door. They ran when we came to answer. No keys to our room had to be let in every time. We found bed bugs on our pillow and and we had bites. Worst stay anywhere we have been. Will never stay here again staff sucked police are given a list every day of who is staying here. Do not stay here it is so bad. Addicts sleeping in parking lot against dumpster wall.

This property was definitely below the standard that we've enjoyed at other Microtels. We were particularly disappointed given that it was given a favourable rating by Expedia, a rating that we rely on when making reservations at properties that we haven't used.

Worst experience bcuz of my check in late 1:30a due to late flight coming in & shuttle bus came to pick me up at airport so wanted late checkout so night desk said ok til 3pm but next morning at 11am, mgr said had to be out by noon so stuck in lobby for 2hrs til my ride got here; place is old & dirty; noise level is loud; breakfast was a joke bcuz hardly anything left when I came at 8:30am bcuz open til 9:40am; even though I got nonsmoking room, it smelled like smoke & weed; bathrooms dirty; old torn & nasty carpets in room; paint peeling off wall; smoke detector on counter while ceiling wires hanging out; omg save yourself from staying at this horrible hotel

DON’T STAY HERE

The hotel is very run down and not clean at all. The only thing decent about this hotel was the front desk. But staying here is definitely a mistake.

Upon arrival, they did not have the room I reserved & paid for so gave me a cheaper room. Then they tried to give me the room I reserved less than 24hrs before check out time. Tub did not drain, bathroom floor dirty, boogers on bathroom wall, overall dirty in public spaces. Housekeeping didn’t even know I was in the room when asked for any soap. Second night there, no housekeeping showed once again so went to front desk to ask for towels, they didn’t have any clean towels & said it would take too long to clean any. More than 1 person was complaining of no hot water & they were told nothing was able to be done. Morning of leaving, “breakfast” had rotten food put out for guests. Due to how unsanitary, Department of health will be notified.

Weirdest hotel stay ever

Stayed on second floor and sounded like third floor was gonna fall through. Room next had pot smoke coming through walls from next door. Literally got a contact buzz. Music from 1 AM until 3AM.

Our bed was comfy but our bathroom had a broken, cracked and poorly repaired sink. Coffee maker was missing basket, so no coffee in room. Went down for breakfast when it opened and there was almost nothing? Some bread and doughnuts, pancake mix and almost no cereal. No juice or any kind of fruit and the coffee was so weak it was almost clear. Couldn’t find any staff around. It was horrible, would not stay again.
