I stayed here for 1 night because my flight out of CVG was cancelled and I had just returned my rental car. This location is nice because it’s 10 mins from the airport and offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Hotel seems a bit dated with older furniture. Otherwise just ok

The hotel was just fine and close to the airport which is why we chose to stay here. Our flight got in after 1am and they do provide a shuttle but it doesn't run after midnight so we had to call Uber. Plus they charged us $6 a day for parking. The room is clean and enough hot water. The bed was very comfortable. Our hallway did smell like curry though. As far as breakfast goes, it's your standard hotel breakfast. Nothing special. The eggs were shaped like a patty just like the sausage. There was no bacon or pancakes. They did have toast and oatmeal and yogurt. Again nothing special they provided but I would stay here again since the room and bed was comfortable plus they are 2 miles from the airport.

I was happy that an airport shuttle was avaliable. For this trip my son insisted on driving me everywhere. I will have to use the shuttle next time, as I will definitely stay here again. The bed was quite comfortable and it was nice to have a TV with channels that I needed i.e. FS1 for the Toronto Blue Jays playoff game.

The room was geeat. Comfortable and super convenient. The only issues I had were being rushed to check out and no breakfast being available. Breakfast was from 6-10am. I arrived before 9:30am and there was nothing avaliable. No cereal, muffin, nothing. I doulble checked the checkout time BEFORE returning to my room. Checkout was at 11am. A little after 10, I heard my door unlock. A lady (housekeeping) peeked inside and asked me if I checked out and I replied no. She then asked me if I was going to checkout and I replied yes. She then left. Moments later, I received a call from the front desk asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I replied no. She then informed me that the housekeeper told her that I wanted to extend my stay. I explained that I did not need to extend my stay. As we left the room to get on the elevator another employee asked if we were checking out. I explained that I was headed down to check out. Upon checking out, I explained my concerns and the young lady at the front desk was very nice and stated that she would be speaking with her manager. I explained that I felt extremely rushed to the point that my sister left her cell phone in the room. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

The hotel is okay, it could use an upgrade but if you need a place for the night on budget this is a go to. My son was a little mad with the pool there was a sign on the pool as well as it being locked but come to find out it was open but we found out on the last day. So not sure if it was actually open but front desk said it was.

Clean room however there was no ice bucket plastic/bag type liner. When i went to clean the ice bucket its came apart and was full of mold.
