You pay for what you get but good customer service should be free. I called for the shuttle and waited over an hour until finally I rode a different hotel shuttle with a friend of mine and took an Uber from that hotel that cost$11.00 to the destination hotel. I was not even upset I joked with the young lady at the desk and asked if she forgot about me she apologized, I asked if I would be compensated for the uber in a light manner she said no, I would have let it go until someone who seems to be in charge asked if everything was ok and the young lady dismissed the situation as if it was ok. Long story short the other lady got a little abrasive by saying the shuttle was there I said no it wasn’t and my phone number was taken so if for any reason he was there and did not see me he could have called. It was not that serious for her to begin a debate with me when I experienced waiting in zone 3 where all the hotel shuttles go, and to top it all off, thank God I walked with my towel but I noticed feces on a towel. I kid you not. Sometimes paying the extra money is worth it. The building is old I was in room 122 which is attached to another room in which I could hear the people in it. The bathroom smelled like urine. I definitely would not revisit. Dawn

Ehhh.

There was visible material on the toilet bowl and hair / dirt / dust all over the floor. The shower rod was taped together and the shower chair looked very well used and it had seen some things. Good points: super comfy bed, great location to the airport. Free shuttle service.

Not a good place to stay

Tub looked dirty, hole developing in the room floor (they covered with whatever flooring that is), hotel exit door locks are broken (anyone off the street can come in the exit doors (that's a huge safety hazard), hotel shuttle is nasty dirty on the inside (seats loaded with stains), Walmart pillows but bed was ok, room door needs weather strip. Front desk people are nice, wifi was good. There is truly nothing Quality about this hotel. Building needs to be inspected because it is out of code if you ask me. I have to come back to Northern Kentucky on 12th to fly out on 13th... I will never stay here again.

The ad said the hotel had been newly remodeled that is definitely an old ad because it has not been remodeled. It needs to be. We don’t usually stay at Quality Inn for that reason but if it was remodeled, we thought it might be OK. We were happy we had only one night booked. Floors are very grungy, big patch places in the walls that they did not even try to hide. The breakfast area was nice and we were happy to get a shuttle ride to the airport

Property is old and NOT updated as mentioned in ad. Bathroom has a moldy smell, faucets were crusty with buildup. Would not recommend staying at this property. Floors were sticky from tile adhesive oozing between joints

When I checked in, they gave me the key with room 106 written on it. Then when I went to room 1 m06 I found out that it was already occupied, and the chain was on the door and someone yelling from inside. Then I went to the front desk and was told that they had given me the wrong room number. My actual room number was 104. something like that should never happen and made for a terrible check-in experience. They didn’t even apologize or offer any type of compensation for it.

Only if it’s your dead last option

Hair was all over my first room including the bed. The floors were wet and had puddles when I came in, but you could tell the room wasn’t swept before. The desk chair had stains on the seat. Asked to be put into another room because of said hair and the fact that a strange man saw me walk out of my room alone and continued to stare for an awkward amount of time. The second room was cleaner, but both the bathtub and sink were clogged. Both rooms had very nasty smells. Probably mold/mildew. I woke up feeling very stuffy. Would only recommend if it was genuinely your dead last option. Hallways and rooms were also poorly lit. The hallways give the same vibes as the shining when those twins were at the end of the hall. Didn’t feel safe being I was an alone woman but the staff were friendly and accommodating. They have breakfast that ends at 9 and a free shuttle to and from the airport. Both of those came in handy while trying to save money.
