When we first walked in we thought “Boy this is different” and it was. Front desk is not like any we had seen before, kind of reminds you of a convenience store checkout. Lots of food stuff for sale. Entrance was not as usual. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Shower instead of tub in the room. Several gathering/ Family areas in the lobby. Pool table, we played for about an hour. I think it’s moreover for the younger generation but that’s ok, we enjoyed it.

I stayed at this property last minute due to my original hotel booking did not have any water. I LOVE this hotel, the whole vibe was. relaxing, the pool was warm and AMAZING, and my room was super comfy, huge and had everything I needed. Will definitely return! The staff was very friendly and accommodating too.

We always love staying at Tru. We are just a few minutes away from our son who lives in florence. So nice, clean, friendly. Only that I would have liked better is better pillows (more support) but I can also bring my own. This won't stop me from staying again at the Tru

Couldnt sleep with the loud pipes

Front desk was super friendly. The room wasnt super dirty just crumbs on the floor and in the bed frame. Didnt shower because the floor in the shower was dirty. The pipes in the hotel will keep you up all night. I dont understand why they are so loud it.

Extremely easy check in, easy going /yet prompt employees, clean, a lot of options for late night snacks , great price , fun atmosphere, plenty of parking ,the parking lot is well lit as well. We travel alot and are in and out of hotels often , this hotel was perfect and we really enjoyed it . We look forward to staying here in the future.

Nice Stay. Minimalist Hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue with the TV in our room and a staff member was able to fix it within a few minutes. Continental breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy, but nice enough. Was informed upon check-in that Tru is a “minimalist” hotel, so no coffee maker or microwave in the room, but that wasn’t a problem for me. If those things are important for your stay, you should know that before booking. Price was reasonable. Coffee in lobby was always ready and hot and tasted good. Bed was ok - a little soft for me. Pillows were definitely soft. These are personal preference issues, though. Overall, a decent stay. Happy with my choice, but wouldn’t expect extra amenities if thinking about staying at a Tru Hotel.

Great start to our vacation

The shuttle and $25 per week parking was worth every bit of this stay. We had a small hiccup but was fixed right away. The front desk staff were so nice. Enjoyed the hang out area to play cards in. We would stay again for sure.
