The breakfast was less than stellar, the eggs were cold, sausages and the gravy were also cold. The waffle irons were dirty and left black flecks on the waffles. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful.

Had some problems with my service animal. They charged an extra fee which is protected by the Ada. So I'm in contact with corporate. Not very happy with this hotel. They only look at animals as pets because they're seen as pets in se franchise owners opinions

It was numerous bad things that happened after our check in, on our vacation. Which includes but not limited to no extension cords, no batteries for our tv remote, and no hot water. We spent an hour of our vacation locating a store to get an extension cord. After riding in a car for 8 hours. All i wanted to do was shower and rest but no hot water. Keep up the good work.

Perfect location

Great location and clean hotel. Surprisingly not much highway noise since it is just off I71/75. Rooms were amazing. Pretty standard hotel breakfast, but it was hot and the waffle makers worked. Only issues we had were the body wash dispenser being empty and the shower head not being tight on the pipe, so water splashed out the back. We told the front desk, but it didnt get fixed while we were there. Hopefully it is fixed for the next person. Overall, a great stay and would stay there again if needed.
