Place was clean and spacious! One thing I didn’t like was we asked for wake up calls two different mornings and never got them! But if we ever need to stay up that way again, will definitely use this motel.

They went above and beyond to help my toddler with a snack which they didn’t have to do but did! They also have an amazing breakfast it’s the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel it’s amazing really we were impressed!

It was not the correct date that this reservation

I booked tonight for my wife and I at this facility, but sadly, did not put in the proper date. Hotels.com assumed that it was last night when I made the reservation for next Friday night, and apparently we got charged for a night that we were nowhere near this motel. I really would appreciate if somebody could contact me and change the reservation to next Friday evening, 25 April, same hotel-and give me my money back for a simple and honest mistake.

this was a nice location & close to downtown cincy and to our destination location. the room we were in however was on the corner right around from the elevators. this caused a lot of foot traffic & noise at all hrs. we wish we were located down toward the end to a hallway.
