Front desk staff Ms. Garza was rude and unprofessional. One occasion kept eating and stated she didn't get my question rather trying to understand. Another occasion our key stopped working (seemed issue with some other guest at the desk too) and she activated. I informed her Ill bring the other to activate as there were two guests in two queen bedroom. When I went to activate the key she was very rude and stated it deactivated because the first one activated as if it was my fault. I reminded that this is the 2nd key I mentioned and she literally said “you should not need that many keys”. And made more comments. This is unacceptable and i had to explain her there are two guests!
There was no water supply for atleast an hour and we were not informed. They fixed it once I called and seems like they were working on it when i called.
We put the sign to not clean the room when the cleaning lady did go in and clean the room!
Overall worst hotel stay experience.
