I enjoyed the stay at the Best Western in Niceville, the location was central and it was quiet. My only comment is that my room did not have a desk or a chair, the only place to sit was on the bed.

Upon check in the desk manager swapped my king bed to 2 queens easily. The rooms were clean and crisp. They offer shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash which was nice.bathroom was nice and spacious with good lighting and lots of counter room. The room came with a keurig coffee machine with coffee pods, a microwave and a mini fridge which had the freezer section separate which enabled us to keep frozen items frozen! We had an iron and ironing board which came in handy. Not like other hotels which have them combined. Multiple outlets to plug your electronics into to charge. Too cold to swim but looked inviting. Got a great nights sleep. Breakfast was awesome. The area was clean and I mean very clean. Even the room where the pantry items and fruit were was very clean. The pancake machine was cool to watch make your cakes All the staff was super genuinely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

Upon learning that our flight was cancelled, we called around looking for hotels near the airport. This was the closest. The person at the front desk was pleasant and provided all of the info we would need during our 1 night stay. The wifi was easy to connect to, the rooms were roomy and there were plenty of channels to select from. There was a hot breakfast with plenty of selections to choose from. I would definitely stay again and woukd recommend the property.
