Our stay was fine, but the check-in process was a nightmare. Not because of the hotel, they couldn’t have been easier to work with. It was Expedia that caused us grief. The ghost cars that Expedia sent the hotel to use, was declined, even though we had paid for it, and had received confirmation. We had to make two different phone calls, and it took about thirty minutes to get it all worked out. Made us late for our dinner reservation. The staff, the room, the breakfast and the service was all wonderful.
