The room smelled terrible. The bathroom vent fan was on all night and unable to be turned off - it was very noisy. And there was bumping in the hallway out side the room all night. Like an elevator malfunction or simmering not guest related.

The hotel was good in appearance and the staff was very helpful. The tables and chairs pictured are not what is out under the covered area. They were just plastic picnic tables. Not real conducive to relax while trying to enjoy a cigar. When I tried to check out and asked for a receipt, the young man did not know how to print a receipt.

I've stayed here several times and it's usually pretty good ...this time it took at least thirty minutes to check in and we got a room with a shower only that didn't really have a lip around the bottom so the bathroom kind of flooded even if you were being careful taking a shower.

A call for forgetful people

Did not like the fact that a tip envelope was left but no one came in the room to make the beds, empty the trash, or check for supply needs. There was no fresh fruit or yogurt at breakfast. The coffee was great. There was one female desk clerk that was awesome. She also called to tell me I had left my charger.

Very convenient off the interstate. Breakfast was hot and fresh. I was in a room on the second floor and could hear people in the hallways being very loud until almost midnight. They were playing music loudly too.

Very easy to get to off interstate with ample parking. The disappointing part was that at check-in I was informed that I had to pay a 100$ deposit to cover any incidental expense that might occur. I had to use credit card or cash. I don’t have a credit card. Haven’t had one in 40 years. I certainly don’t keep 100$ cash on me. No where in the booking process did it say there would be this 100$ deposit. It simply says they might require a deposit for incidentals. I really was so frustrated that I wanted to just leave and drive on home. But they wouldn’t issue refund because I booked through 3rd party. Fortunately my husband happened to think he has a credit card he keeps for emergency so we reluctantly used that. I just think Expedia needs to post just exactly how much places are going to want for deposit.
