We had a room with a jacuzzi tub and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The tub in the bathroom would not turn on at all. The faucet was broken. We made due with the jacuzzi, as we were there for just a night. A broken tub could be an issue for another traveler. We informed the front desk staff and they were very apologetic and thanked us for letting them know of the problem. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would suggest this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel was average for the price and quality of the breakfast food. The sound proofing between the rooms was terrible. We heard the people next door to us until after midnight and the sound of the people over us walking around began at 5:00 in the morning and woke us up.

24 hour coffee? Nope! Breakfast? Nope they were out of everything and very slow to refill! Signs everywhere say 24 hour coffee but they don’t do it. Pay over $200 a night you expect better!

I am not sure why they would not be on top of their breakfast in the morning, but they seemed to now be refilling the items fast enough. I finally gave up and went to my room. They also have a ridiculous coffee machine that takes way too long.

The night desk attendant was a breath of fresh air. She had a great friendly disposition. The Wi-Fi did not work. Was unable to work from hotel which was the reason for the stay. Reported it to front desk at night and did not get fixed. I reported it again upon checkout and the desk attendant acted as if I was not telling the truth. Her attitude and response to my genuine concern was unacceptable.
