The staff were wonderful to a young family with a newborn baby and pet. Went out of their way to make all four of us feel welcomed and supported. We will definitely return to Park Plaza London Riverbank and spread the word to all of our friends and family. Thank you!

This was our second time at Park Plaza westminister, the location is great for walking to a lot is the attractions. The hotel’s digital checkin was great after along flight. Room service was quick and the house keeping staff was efficient. We will definitely return.

Fantastic stay, lovely room with a great view. I'd booked this as a romantic getaway and was thoroughly impressed. I'll definitely use the hotel again.

Small rooms but excellent customer service

Stayed here one night because of a very early flight from Terminal 5. The staff were impeccable throughout, incredible service. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet and the food at the restaurant was really good. It was a shame you have to pay £40 per person to use the spa though, I would expect to get access considering it’s not a cheap hotel. But other than this, it was excellent.
