Pick something else!!!!
I booked a king suite - did not want second floor because they do not have elevators. I called on the day I booked and told them that - they said that they would put me in first floor. I got there to check in they had me in second floor - I have a disability - I also asked if they would put me in an ADA accessible room - they did not. So they DOWNGRADED me and my husband to a first floor room (all they had left) that was two double beds. I started talking to Hotels.com via chat - the guy told me to stop (he was only working there a week) said he found me a room on first floor but didn't tell me it was two double beds until AFTER he charged my card. After a five hour drive they did me wrong. I had called three days prior and was told it would all be taken care of. NO breakfast - free breakfast is an Otis Spunkmeyer muffin in a bag with a small water and a piece of fruit. I've stayed at Wyndhams before - this place is torn apart - more under construction than not. One of the beds had a bent leg and was dangerous. Sofa had no legs - was on the floor - could not sit on it. This place is run down and shouldn't be called Wyndham...or a 'boutique hotel'. When we left today I asked for a manager to call - nobody did. I called corporate today to file a formal complaint.
