This hotel needs updating! Carpets are dirty and rooms smell from all the pets. Pet fee is $75 per pet! When I called before going to front desk someone told me that fee would be for both… Nope! Breakfast was nothing great. Sketchy ppl in area. Will never stay again.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The place is filthy, carpet is stained and the room smells. Had to go to the store and buy air freshener. Although it was quiet in the room the pool area was noisy, large group playing loud music, kids running around and doing cannon balls into the hot tub. Lot’s of smoking and partying. I don’t even think a lot of people at the pool were staying at the hotel. There is gate access to the pool area directly from the parking lot.

The rugs were sticky. Light switches broken. The rooms are cleaned every other day. That would have been less of a problem if we were told about it at check in. The bedding was uncomfortable. I was really disappointed in this Hilton.

I booked this hotel last minute for a trip to some nearby springs, and for a one-night stay, it was fine. The room itself was spacious and served its purpose. However, the hotel had some noticeable issues. The hallways on every floor had a strong smell of cigarettes and perfume, and the elevator had an unpleasant mix of cigarette smoke and cat pee. The room also had a faint cigarette smell. Cleanliness could have been better—there was a pubic hair in the shower, and the bathroom fixtures were quite loose. The view from the window was less than ideal, overlooking several rundown mobile homes. Additionally, the exterior of the hotel could really use a good pressure wash. Overall, it’s an okay option for a short stay if you’re not too picky, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
