The staff was warm and welcoming at arrival. And the check-in process was efficient. Marie and Ed attended to my check-out and were genuinely grateful for my return stay. Thank you for your gracious hospitality! The room was comfortable and restful, well-decorated and furnished. I encountered no maintenance issues. Heritage Hotel consistently maintains high attentiveness to cleanliness and presentation of the well-located property in Pasay City conveniently near the airports, SM Mall of Asia, historical district of Manila, and public transportation, including the LRT and MRT. The staff is exceptional - friendly, courteous, attentive to guest needs, professional, and well groomed and attired. The breakfast buffet at the Riviera Cafe featured variety for both local and international clientele. The quality is superb. The rate is fair enough. And the staff is attentive, friendly, well-groomed and very nicely attired.

I always like to stay in this hotel coz of its location. Its convenience to malls and restaurants are just across the street from them. Not to mention the cleanliness and friendliness of staffs. This hotel highly recommended.
