The hotel is not in the safest location, particularly at night. While it was clean enough, there was a mildew-y smell in the hall and in my room.

Went to Cumberland MD for a music festival (Rock on the Mountains) the town was definitely 30 years behind the times but it was very clean and friendly. The hotel was very convenient and locking forward to 2026

The pool was not open, still had the winter cover on. One of the elevators was out of service the whole weekend. The clock radio in the room was completely dead. When we checked out, there was no one at the desk. Had to deal with someone on a computer screen. Not good.

Front desk staff was not friendly at check-in. Breakfast was so bad we left to eat elsewhere. Checkout was performed via a kiosk with a (remote?) worker on video. Roomwas adequate. One of two elevators was out of service.

Very rude wpet hair everywhere and they don't care

Do not stay here if you are a woman or person of color. Management is extremely rude and would not refund us since we paid for a no pet room. It was 20 he would need to refund us. There was pet hair all over our room. I have Lisa with allergies and cannot have a room with pets in it. When I question it he said the hotel doesn't have pets at all. However on their option it offers a pet free room. The only good thing was the view of the train station which my son loved. It's a shame we will not be able to use this hotel again. They refused to give us our money or the proper room. The pool is also disgusting. No mention of it not being in use currently
