Staff was nice, room clean and plenty of space, water pressure in shower was amazing. Casino has great variety of slots and tables. Both restaurants were good, we did Signatures for lunch and Lakeside for dinner. Only complaints were the heat/ac unit didn’t not work in our room, they sent up maintenance but it still never got cool even on ac mode with the windows open and it being 10 degrees outside. Also everytime someone else opened and closed their door ours would bang - with or without the window open. They need to provide a door stop or put felt around the door jam, being hot and not able to sleep with the noise kinda put a damper on the great parts of our visit.

From Check In to Check Out this is the best winter break vacay! This is the second year in a row we stayed at the Resort for our Mother Daughter weekend. Room- We stayed on the first floor near the Spa. Perfect location for us. Our mother has walking issues, it was to be so close to everything. The room was very clean. 3 adults fit comfortably in the room. Spa- We have used the Spa for 2 years and had Pedis, Manis, and facials. The staff is very pleasant and great at what they do. Well worth the price and time! Food- - We eat most meals in Signatures Bar and Grill. No complaints on the food and drinks. The wings are amazing. On our last morning, we get breakfast at Lakeside Grille. The view is fantastic. The food is always good. The Sports Lounge is fun to watch whatever is on the screen or listen to the live entertainment. Lobby Cafe is there and the desserts are a fun way to end our night. Entertainment - - Friday and Saturday there were people singing. This year there was a comedian at Bonkerz's Comedy Club(lower level of resort) on Thursday and that was fun. We did order tickets ahead of time. Very reasonably priced for an hour and half show. Casino- Very clean and organized. All interaction with waitstaff was great. We went into Cumberland MD for shopping. Old town vibes. Great restaurants. Friendly people. Had amazing homemade ice ream. Drove through Christmas light displays. Hagerstown MD is about an hour away with Outlet shipping.

The lodge and casino were fine. Food options were good. Sarah and Haley at the sports bar were great! Only downfall, ran into more than one employee that clearly was not pleased to be there. Asked to start a tab at the casino bar and were answered with “I’m trying to get out of here, ask another bartender”. Fine and well, but she didn’t need to be tied to that tab, seemed like we were an inconvenience.

Room was very spacious with beautiful view, I was surprised with how well kept and clean and private the hotel was with it having a casino and entertainment very late. The entertainment was amazing and staff was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back!

This is a great getaway place for a night or two. It’s clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is calm with a nice lake and trail. The view is great in every season. The casino is small but has plenty to offer for one or 2 days. The restaurant is very good with a decent menu. The pub is friendly with some light meal items. Golf course look well kept also.
