We lost power at 9 o'clock in the evening. We had no power all night. No lights no anything. We couldn't contact anybody to see if the power will be restored. Nobody answered any phone at the desk. It was a terrible night trying to sleep we. Left it 3:30 in the morning. And nobody ever said sorry that we lost power. We didn't get to have a breakfast that was included. Very very disappointing! My wife and I feel we should get some kind of reimbursement for paying for very little!

Building seems to have a maintenance issue. When we arrived, told that there were issues with the key cards, including access to the pool area. The ac unit in our room was very load. Coffee machine was broken. We were only there for one night so not a big deal. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Property and rooms are clean. Stayed here for the weekend and nothing worked. The elevator was broken, ice machine broken, vending machines not working and they ran out of towels. Not to mention it was a football tournament going on that weekend so I had to listen to kids playing in the hallway at night. Nothing special about the hotel but it served its purpose as somewhere to sleep.
