Convenient location, well maintained property, room was clean. Very noisy, staff didn't seem to enforce quiet hours as we had a ton of kids screaming through the halls and outside well past midnight. We needed extra blankets as two beds were equipped with only sheets and got attitude about it from the staff. We were only given one room key as they were running low, which wouldn't have been a problem, however it continuously stopped working to access the building.

A Nice Hotel

The hotel was clean, the laundry available was great to have with a softball tournament happening. The lobby was spacious and allowed us to all hang out as a team. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious for the three of us. The bathroom was also plenty big.

The front desk was super welcoming and polite, but didn't tell us about amenities like the pool etc. There wasn't a brochure in the room for us to explore like most hotels we stay at which was disappointing. Room was average clean. The kids did love the bunk beds though.

Pillows were all hard even the ones that said soft and one of the pillow smells bad which was concerning! Our neighbors were very noisy. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and my children really enjoyed the pool.
