The rooms are spacious and clean. Elevators are very slow. Breakfast is not as good as expected. Compared to 2 years ago, breakfast variety and quality are definitely lower and staff less friendly. Staff at breakfast seem like they are not happy to be at work. We came here 2 years ago and were impressed then but not this time.

All the staff we encountered were fantastic except for one of the swimming pool guards, who had a bad attitude. Everyone else was excellent! Our room and facilities were also excellent, and we felt very welcome. The lifts can be quite slow sometimes, but not a deal-breaker. Breakfast buffet has a great range, but a lot of it is oriented toward Korean guests, and the restaurants are terribly busy at times. The Cold Vietnamese milk coffee is the best I've ever had. I'd love to know the brand name! Overall, we were very happy, especially since we were upgraded to a suite by the manager. Tha K you very much!

There were constructions near the hotel. We were on the top floor of one of the towers and did not hear a thing. Originally, we booked to stay near My Khe Beach area. We then switched over to stay near the Riverfront area. I must say, that was the best decision we made. We traveled in August and it was so hot and humid. Thankfully, it did not rain during our stay. We did not see a lot of restaurants that we liked nearby, so we just hopped in car to our destination. It worked out for our family.

All staffs are excellent guest services. The restaurants are very good foods. The only thing that I don’t like is the customers front desk are not friendly and when I asked for 1 hour late check out she said no. Most hotel they will help 1 or 3 hours late check out because of the emergency meeting or event of the guests
