Me in my wonder hotel land

Place is awesome , little things take make a big difference. My coffee pot in the room was not working and I reported to staff . Guess what ? They went to buy a brand new one for my room . I felt like royalty ! Thank you so much to all the staff members in this hotel . You rock !

I’ve stayed at several other hotels in the vicinity and this is definitely not the best. The lady I spoke with for check in told me there were no rooms available before even asking my name when I told her I had a reservation. She continued to be very short with me, despite my best efforts to be nice (I had to deal with her two more times when my key cards quit working, same result. She also told me it was my fault because they were close to my phone, they weren’t.) I over heard multiple angry conversations at the front desk with other guests having problems with reservations and equally rude responses from other staff. The room is just okay, it was clean, but the place isn’t updated and the general clientele is what you would expect from a subpar hotel. Needless to say, I’ll be staying elsewhere on my next visit.
