The front desk girl Leila was her name I believe ( young girl with glasses and blonde hair) was excellent.. she was very helpful when I called to reserve a crib, she even physically went to make sure there was one available still. Also helped with pillows and switching rooms. Very happy with the service and I will return

room was clean and comfortable. However, the floor lamp in corner was broken and did not get fixed in the 2 nights I stayed there.. Reported it twice to front desk. Maintenance/housekeeping needs to check room carefully each time. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The drain stopper of the sink was broken and water was left inside. The tub water handle was loose and could almost fall down, and there are some hairs inside the tub. We were too tired to ask for a new room after skiiing. This room should've been available at the first place.

Room was comfortable and mainly clean, no issue there. Room did smell like rotten eggs from the moment I walked in to the morning I left. Also the curtains in the room were stained. Too many knocking noises in the wall as well.
