I selected this property based on the 7.4 (Good) rating on Expedia. However, it was a terrible choice. Customer service was extremely poor - difficult to find someone at the front desk, unfriendly and not at all helpful. We were not informed that maid service had to be requested, and when we did request it, nothing happened. We stayed four days and never had maid service. When we complained about this, the front office person didn't offer one word of response - NOTHING!!! The property is extremely run down and not maintained. The phone in the room did not work and the room keys kept losing access requring multiple requests to update them. Terrible place - avoid at all costs. Not worth the lower rate compared to other properties - you get what you pay for.

No one at reception except insects crawling along counter, had to call main number to get sole staffer to show up. Had a nice large and very sunny room where the AC had turned off, or did not work, it was 82 degrees. Sole staffer unable to fix it. Moved to smaller windowless room where it was 64 degrees, no blanket on the bed, bottom sheet only. Defensive abusive, sole staffer finally delivered crumpled comforter. Insect infestation? Woke up in the night with bug bite on ring finger, right hand swollen and red. Found 3 more bites in the morning. No ice bucket in first room, no glasses in 2nd room, worst Direct TV channels, not able to see any news. Why does hotel.com feature this place?
82 degrees - AC not working, only hot air coming out.

Slow check-in. Ceiling had collapsed in 1st room so relocated, with apologies. Second room was clean & spacious. Bed not made properly, so no duvet or blanket in cold room (it eventually warmed up and solo staff found us a blanket). We seemed to be the only guests on night one which was kind of spooky, but night two others had arrived. It was a nice hotel( especially for the price). It just got off to a rocky start with us.

The hotel was good enough for the lower room rate and I was told it would undergo a renovation which it needs. My room was a bit too warm, the light over the bathroom sink didn’t work and the two center windows were frosted with age. There was no breakfast since the kitchen was closed. I would stay again for the fair room charge but will ask for a room in the back to avoid the traffic noise.

Not sure where the breakfast was, but i dont eat it i just have coffee, of which was no options for your coffee, just in room coffee with some offbrand sweetner PACKET and weird creamer PACKET. The hotel was conveniently located. The room was very cute with a nice sitting area with a couch separate from the sleeping area. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in our room and there was a large water stain on ceiling tile outside the bathroom. The staff did offer to change our room but we declined. It’s a bit dated but with upgrades it would be much better. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My room was generally ok. We did have clean towels and bedding, but there was NO HOT WATER on Sunday morning and as a result, I couldn’t shower! That’s a deal-breaker for me. No matter how reasonably priced the room is, if I can’t shower, then I can’t stay there!

Lobby clerk was completely unprofessional. Never greeted me on my arrival. Was FaceTiming someone the entire time I checked in. When water started leaking from the roof in the bathroom he claimed that I had already called him about it. As a traveler who lives on the road 9 months a year this was the worst experience I have ever had. This is a big warning for everyone considering this hotel. Stay away!

My ceiling crashed during the night as rain came through the roof. Carpet was completely wet. Water running down wall. I want a refund and I think they may have also charged me individually if so I want two refunds yours and theirs They had a very laisse fare attitude and moved us to a different room 6:30 this morning. Paper thin blanket and it was freezing cold couldn't get AC to stop. .

It was clean per say. The Sheets, towels.... however there was dirty/ stained walls. Cracked window in my room. They only provide a fitted sheet and a top sheet. No blankets. 3 pillows on King bed. Was told to dial 2 on the phone for more sheets however there was no phone in room. Two Tv's only one had limited service, the other one had no service. Great water pressure in shower if you like cold/ luke warm showers. Light switcheds didnot turn on any lights All lamps needed to be turned on by hand.

Luke warm water. No heat in room. No television remotes. When asking the front desk, they were nice, explained it was a building issue with the boilers. Positive parts were large room with high ceiling, Clean. Resonable rate. Would come back again if they fixed the hot water, traveling to upstate NY, and want to avoid NY charges on lodging.
