Great location and great hotel. Family friendly with cool indoor pool. On site restaurant and bar open late. Patio by bar and another outdoor sitting area with gas fireplace for relaxing. Rooms very spacious with 2 king beds. On the trolly route.

Property and room was very clean.. very satisfied with our stay… employees was very nice…

Such a relaxing place to stay perfect for couples as well as families. Went with my husband but the whole time talked about how the grandkids would love it. Pool was too chilly for me so mainly stayed in Hot-tub which was perfect

It was the second time we stayed there and we enjoyed our stay overall!! We appreciated the coupon books in the lobby and was able to use a couple of them!! The staff was very nice especially the man and woman at the front desk!! The jet tub in our room was awesome and we definitely loved it!! We enjoyed our balcony and the fact that the hot water is always hot!! Overall we had a great experience!! Only negative is, there was a few spots that could use a bit more cleaning in the room but other than that we would stay again!

I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. I love how peaceful and relaxing it is there. This is my all-time favorite hotel to stay at in Gatlinburg that is why any time I get to go to Gatlinburg I always stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great place! We even saw a bear in front of hotel
