This was our first time and we had a blast at the indoor pool area with our toddler. It was perfect for our impromptu trip to PF and gatlinburg. We did build a buddy and had fun doing the activitiesthe resort offered the kids! We will be back in the summer! The location is perfect for "backroads" to not have to fight the parkway. The service was top notch. EVERYONE was so nice! We loved our stay here!

Great Condo for families! Will not disappoint!

Our favorite place to stay with the kids! When we aren’t in a chalet in the mtns this is our go to! We love the resort activities like the fire pit and s’mores and the outdoor and indoor pool areas which are awesome no matter the weather! The one bedroom deluxe with twin bunks is perfect for the 6 of us. The rooms are always very clean which is a must for me! I also love how you can text with the staff anytime you need anything and they promptly respond.

The toddler slide and splash pad is freezing no matter the season. The dumping bucket outside really shouldn't be over the toddler area. It knocks them down and takes their breath. Other than that indoor pool and outdoor pool is great!! Rooms are very clean and stocked nicely.

The property is overall okay. The room was nice and had what we needed. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool area. However, the building was partially under construction. Long waits for the one elevator in the building.
