Unmanaged bedroom

Bedroom floor not vacuumed, bugs in shower floor, dead bedroom phone, tv didn't work, bedroom clock unplugged. The worst experience I've ever had in a hotel!

Our room was very spacious and clean. It looked recently renovated. The only thing we didn’t like was the pocket door to the shower/toilet; it didn’t provide full privacy as it didn’t close all the way. The breakfast was sufficient. We traveled across the country and stayed in 7 different hotels and this was the most spacious and provided plenty of room for our family with two teens. We would stay here again!

DON'T EVEN STOP!!!

The elevator was broken & we were on the 3rd floor. Got into the room & the shower was disgusting!! The place was so bad I checked for bed bugs! Seems like they were more of a homeless hotel. We left after 30 minutes & drove through the night to get home. They refused a refund!

Highly Disappointed

We checked in and were told the elevator was broken, no biggie. Headed up to our room and noticed immediately that the toilet was running non-stop. So I went back downstairs and told the young man. He called someone and then headed up to our room. He wasn’t able to fix it, told me they were full, shut the water off and left. We had to use the toilet so we turned the water back on and I fiddled with it and fixed it. Went back and told him he could cancel “maintenance”. I asked for bottled waters and he told me the price. I said, “take them out of my plumbing bill”. He laughed and charged me. Went back back upstairs and my daughter showed me her bed, sheets covered in dog hair. Evidently they didn’t bother making that bed. Went back down and he handed me clean sheets and wished me good night. Glad I could pay so much money to do my own plumbing and make my own bed. Now that I was really irritated I started actually looking around. Carpets were so dirty I kept my flip flops on. The shower made me feel dirtier just getting in. And 1 bar of soap to share with the shower and the sink? 2 bars are just too much to ask for? Won’t stay there again. I didn’t even dare have their breakfast with how dirty everything else was, can’t imagine what the kitchen was like.

The shower had mold in it, the water pressure was terrible, the knob to adjust the fridge temp was broken, the TV did not display a picture, no USB ports by the beds, fan in bathroom didn't move any air, screw in shower door was very loose

Dirty

The only thing good about this property was the front desk staff. The room was filthy. Carpet so stained it's a different color. The bed had hair on it, suggesting sheets weren't changed. The bathroom had hair on the floor with a dirty hand towel that was hung up for use. The fridge wreaked of rotten food. Truly the worst sleep inn and suites we have stayed in.

Sleep Inn One Night Stay

Hairs left in the shower. Had to clean the TV remote due to being sticky. Floor above the room creaked. Pocket door was very hard to slide. The staff was very friendly and quick with check-in and check-out.
