We were very comfortable and the location was FANTASTIC! The only downside was not being able to get out of bed on both sides. Needed to climb over my husband. The room was small but had most of what we needed. There was a great " Iron Heaven" station on each floor that offered iron and steamer. Would have liked to have a coffee pot in the room or free coffee/ tea option in the lobby. The room had room darkening shades and the bed was comfy. Location, location, location!

Alma was superb as a host and guest services. She made our trip less stressful and made us feel welcome . Alma is by far the best guest services representative of Embassy Suites that i have ever encountered. Thank you for helping make this trip worry free and relaxing. My family appreciates your efforts.

Rooms are very nice, it’s in a great area, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can control your own room temperature, stream from your phone to the TVs and windows opened a small amount. Would stay again!
