TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

First thing we noticed when we walked into the room was that it was kind of dirty. Then we went to the pool and it was fine but the hottub literally looked like it belonged in Shrek's swamp. It was cloudy and had a green tint to it. When we got back to our room and were getting ready for bed I found a tube of erectile dysfunction cream on the floor next to the bed. Then as I pulled out the sofa bed I found an empty can of butane fluid. Both finds were kind of like whatever and moved on. The thing that topped it off was in the morning when I found a corner of a baggie that most likely had contained meth on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. To add to all of that everything was either stained or very worn out like the sides of the foot stool were sagging, the office chair was completely falling apart, and the mattress on the pullout sofa was nearly nonexistent. Also set the thermostat at 69° and it ran all night and was still chilly in the morning. Overall a very disappointing and disgusting experience. I'm thankful that neither of my two young kids found the used drug baggie because that could've turned out very bad if it had something worse in it.

The property was okay. I was shocked to see the woman behind the counter in the breakfast area. Grabbing food out of a container wirh her bare hands wirh out and gloves on. It appalled me to think that a food staff person would not have gloves on or a hair net. I did not eat the items that i saw her touch. Another couple eating there was amazed that she did not consider safe habits for the customer staying at the hotel. I stated to the lady with out the gloves on that she should have them on and her response to me was "i suppose i should ". The table we were sitting at had water all over the floor. Maybe from the rain The night before. The employees around did not notice. Not impressed at all.

The door hinges were broken/stripped, and we had to lift the door up and slam it in order to close it. So basically, the door could not be fully secured, if somebody had wanted to kick it in, they could have easily done so. The pool was so crowded, and kids were running around that were not behaving and their parents were just sitting there doing nothing. When we gave our daughter a bath, the hot water never kicked in. When we finally went down to the front desk to say something, we were told that the hot and cold water were backwards on the second floor. They knew and didn't tell us, no sign in the room. The employee's response was "if you had called, I would've told you". That is something you tell people up front, not after the fact. When we told them about the door, they said there were no other rooms our size available, they could put us in a smaller room but could not refund us the difference because we booked through a third party (Expedia). The employee overseeing the breakfast was rude and yelling at everybody that got close to the waffle maker that there were no waffles. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The energy in this hotel made 2 people in our group sick, we could not leave this place quick enough.

I needed to check in 2 hours before normal check in and they were able to easily accommodate me. The bed was extremely comfortable, HBO movies were included, the wifi worked well. The free breakfast provided in the morning was absolutely delicious and there were plenty of options.

Great breakfast and amazing kitchen staff. Liked that there was an indoor pool and hot tub and fitness center. But, our window in our room had a very large crack which allowed a dragt and it was freezing outside. Also, the bathroom handle on the inside of the door was broken & it kept falling off when you attempted to exit the restroom after using it. My poor wife almost panicked cause she got stuck in there 3 times! She didnt want me getting anyone at that moment because she was embarrassed. After the 1st time she got stuck I DID inform a gentleman at the front desk & yet no one ever came tonfix it or offer to switch our rooms. She got stuck in there 2 other times mind you. I did not for simple fact I dont mind leaving the door open. My wife likes her privacy & deserves that. We're not mad but disappointed I'd say. It was Valentines Day. We stayed the 13th- 15th. A different room with doors that all worked wouldve been a nice gesture is all. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you & God Bless

There was stains on the carpet..food left under the coffee table . Opened the sofa bed and it was horribly stained with food left in it also! Shower had poor pressure.. we had to go to another floor to get ice. And the worst of them all there was mold under the ice bucket lid which my Aunt is highly allergic to! I dont think ill be back! We came from out of town for a concert!

They are remodeling and everything in disarray. Both treadmills do not work and random chairs just put in fitness room. My daughter said the pool water looked yellow.
