Room was nice, shower had hair in it and the room had a strange smell to it. The room also had a dehumidifier that you had to keep dumping. Hotel only had one working elevator, the other one had a man replacing a tile in it while it was operating. The hotel had 3 vending machines, not one of them worked instead they told you to walk across the street to the 7eleven. Early check in was not avaliable even after they told me I could. The bar restaurant for the hotel had no working AC and depending on who was bartending they charged you $12 for every drink, or if you were lucky you got charged the correct $6.75 for the drink. However they had no quarters so they rounded up and still charged you more. I got the same drink every time and each time the price was different. The property also shows in pictures that it has two large pools in which it does not, it has a small kid pool and 1 adult pool.

Rooms were very clean and everyone was super friendly. They were doing some maintenance and upkeep, but it was hardly noticeable. The air was not working properly in the bar/restaurant area, but I only hated it for the employees. Aaron at the front desk was probably the most friendly person I’ve ever dealt with on any check-in. All in all for the price it couldn’t be beat!

Needs alot of work.

The hotel was ok but it could be better. I've stayed at this location for many years and this will be the last. The tiki bar was damaged by a hurricane a few years ago and they still have not replaced it. I understand that they had to repair the seawall but how expensive could it be to replace the tiki bar. Tiki is in the name so fix it. The rooms were recently updated and are nice. I noticed a piece of pizza on fire alarm in the hallway on Sunday when I checked in. I checked out on Friday and guess what was still there, if you said the pizza you would be right. The elevator has been down for the last few years and it doesn't look like they have any interest in fixing it. If you want pool towels you better be there at the right time or you miss out. The hotel wasn't crowded but they couldn't seem to have towels out. It's sad that this once great hotel has fallen to disrepair and it gets worse every year.

Five story building with only one working elevator. We were given two tickets for free drink in the bar restaurant but the A/C was broke, hotter in there than outside. Never dined there for any meals. Very glad that I didn’t pay for the breakfast ahead of time.
