Although not new, the hotel was very clean and well kept. Good breakfast. There were a couple of small issues with the room and we were offered to change rooms. Would stay there again in the future.

No running water!!!!!!

Room looked excellent for the price at first. Then the refrigerator door blew open because it got so cold that it exploded a soda can. Then there was no shampoo, only 2 bottles of conditioner. To top it all off, go to take a shower and that's broken too. No water coming out of the shower. Not one drop! Told the front desk about it and was made to feel like it was my fault. I was asked why i didn't call down to report any of these problems. I told the lady that it all started happening hours before checkout, so i figured i would just tell her about it at checkout. I wasn't trying to make a big deal about anything. Even though not being able to take a shower before checkout was unexceptable. I literally just wanted to let them know. I was shocked that i was not offered any sort of discount on a future stay or anything! She just made sure to let me know that it was my fault that the refrigerator exploded and my fault that there was no running water in the shower. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service. Will not be back.

We checked in , walked to our room, put our bags down . Started checking out the place, opened the fridge and there was a dead roach in the fridge. Kept checking out the place and found 2 roaches walking up the wall. We picked up our bags and left . Went down the street to the Marriot

It smelled musky. The room was full of LED bright lights instead of warm lights. The bathroom fan automatically came on and was loud and obnoxious. Otherwise, it was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable.

What I liked: the staff maintaining the breakfast was excellent - very efficient and friendly. The food choices were better than average. What i did not like: our room faced I-95 and was very noisy. Our first rooms bathroom had a burnt out fluorescent bulb. When Maintenance tried to install a new bulb,he broke the mirror mount so we ha.d to change rooms
