Great location and very clean facility. The only issue i encountered was two late nights in a row fire alarms went off and there were no real emergencies. Otherwise i was very satisfied.

Near Stetson University

This hotel is a nicely maintained as it is very close to the local university. The staff are very friendly and willing to help as we needed a few more towels for our family of 5.

The first thing that I noticed the bed was very squeaky. Every time I moved it was very squeaky. I tried to call the front desk. No one answered. No one called back. I did enjoy the swimming pool that was clean, but then my key did not work. For breakfast, the eggs were very good however, the sausage might as well been cardboard. The guide on the television is impossible to use and you just get lucky if you happen to stumble upon a channel that has something worth watching so I left halfway through my second night and drove 9 1/2 hours to come home and get in my own bed.

My sister and I had a family emergency in DeLand, so we stayed for two days. The location was perfect, rooms were clean and breakfast was wonderful!!! Our only issue was the internet being down and preventing us from emailing at times. Thank you

Great Little Hotel

Great little hotel. Not close to downtown, but close to conveniences. Front dtaff were awesome. Basic breakfast but at the price was as expected.

The location in proximity to DeLand airport was great. It was also conveniently located near a coffee shop, a restaurant and a grocery store. That's where the good stops. Before we arrived at the hotel, I messaged the property about having another member of my party checking in despite my name being on the reservation. They informed me my reservation was cancelled and then refused to respond after that. Once we got to the hotel to find our room wasn't actually cancelled, we got to our "suite" (2 beds and a sleeper sofa) we found several cockroaches in the bathroom, and 2 pieces of masking tape on a wall with mens names written on them. The sleeper sofa was painfully lumpy and uncomfortable and the air conditioner sounded like a lawnmower, making loud clicks every other minute as it turned on and off again. We booked for three nights but decided to leave early. Like I said, the location was great for our needs but really pricey for a dingey roach hotel.

Shoudl have been a 10 out of 10, but....

Nice play to stay. Daytime front desk staff was awesome! Night time gal was not. I went to the front desk in the evening to ask a question; had to wait for the person to come to the desk. I must have interrupted her eating dinner since she came out with her mouth full of food and unpleasantly answered my question.
