Hotel was quiet, the location was beautiful right on the water. Convenient to stores and restaurants, rooms were well stocked and clean and everyone on the property were friendly and accommodating. Property is undergoing maintenance due to storms, etc and a few things could use updating, as this is an older hotel-however it’s so charming that it doesn’t make a lot of difference.

Cottage was clean and cozy. Nice ocean view thru large windows. Kitchenette was very handy. The cottages were built in the 1940s. Love the history! The bathroom was very tight as you would expect with older construction. Staff was great!

The rooms are huge and very pretty. The small kitchenette had dishes along with the microwave and fridge. Every room in the hotel part has an ocean view. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly. Parking was plentiful and convenient. The views were beautiful and you walk straight out to the beach. The pool is huge. We thought it was supposed to be heated but it wasn't, but it felt great on a very warm day. The property is well kept and the grounds are beautiful. We love Florida and Ormond Beach will become a regular trip based on how much we liked this hotel and the area. We thought about booking at a "name brand" hotel, but the reviews on the Coral Sands were very high, and they are absolutely true. So glad we stumbled upon this gem!

Great staff, keeping clean but building is very old and no matter how much thay clean still smells. Definitely need renovation, small bathroom which need renovation, small non smart tv ( they so cheap those days to upgrade). Bed was good.

Seems the properties had a lot of Updates was very clean and fresh looking! Pool was perfect temperature and very inviting. Staff was extremely helpful, especially in helping us park an extra long trailer. Nice natural beach. Will stay again!
