We were in room 315 and expected to sleep on the foldout which we paid additionally for. You could feel the springs thru the poor excuse for a mattress, we had to go to our camper and get a foam mattress and then the bar hit you in the back. Totally unsleepable. The other queens have seen a few thousand sleepers, and the pillows were either hard as a rock or so soft your head sunk to the bed. Lousy! The shower and bath were great with the shampoo/conditioner;strange that there was no body wash. Breakfast was okay, lots of choices. Thanks for that but otherwise I won’t be returning.

This is a perfect budget hotel for an overnight stay. You can tell it’s dated, but maintained pretty well. Loved that they offer free laundry facilities. Breakfast was good-the usual complimentary breakfast options + waffle makers. The only complaint was the laminate floor in the room felt very sticky.

The room was primarily in good condition. We did find a towel in the bathroom with a black stain across the fold of the towel. Also, the fitted sheet on one of the beds had a blue ink mark across it making us question if the sheets were fresh. The pillow cases did not stink, however, they gave an odor like someone might have laid their head on that pillow prior to us staying in that room. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. We did not use the amenities because it was too cold. The hotel offered breakfast which was a nice breakfast the first morning was a Sunday and a woman was on top of the area cleaning and making sure everything was stocked and available for all guest. On the second morning, a young man was tending to the breakfast area and 30 minutes before breakfast was over the bins were empty and not restocked. Also, he went around the room opening and slamming shut cabinet doors. It was not a pleasant sound first thing in the morning when trying to get ready to start the day. It was actually a trigger towards my anxiety. This was our first time staying at a Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and I can say, we will avoid staying at this resort in the future.
