Room was too warm and stuffy when we arrived. Turned ac on and it took several hours to cool down. Very musty smell from the air conditioning unit, room 212. Very disappointed as the hotel was renovated recently. Lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season and the salt water fish tank was beautiful. Staff check in was not enthusiastic at all. Overall, just okay.

I’ve stayed in about 8 different Hilton’s in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia over this past year and this is by far the best one out of those 4 states. It’s cleaner and nicer. It seems like it’s newly built however the Charlotte, Atlanta, Savannah and Columbia hotels seems like they are 20 plus years old and had horrible renovations done. We had an issue with the front desk guy at check in, but it was a busy night so we assume it was due to him being alone and overwhelmed! With all that said if you’re like me and those hotels have turned you off on Hilton properties this one will give you a reason to stick around at least in the FL Palm Coast area. Worth the stop!
