I was trying to ask for an early check in I got there at around 1230 I was denied it is only exclusive for Hilton customers but I am a Hilton customers it is just hard to book in their site that's why i always use Expedia. I actually called customer service that i do not find it user friendly or maybe it is just me. The service was good and i am satisfied only on that instances that I felt like they allowed the people before us because they are Hilton members. Thats all but after that they allowed us since it is 130pm already.

I have stayed here many times. The hotel is clean and always smells so fresh. Since it isn't close to the beach it is never over crowded and mostly used by business travelers. Which means the pool is never crowded either. The restaurant had changed since the last time I had been there and do regret not going else where for the cost/quality of the meal. Our server was amazing and very friendly which made up for what the food was lacking, Small little mini market right in the lobby for drinks, snacks, and travle size things. Beautiful gym over looking the pool. Comfortable bed. Clean room.

I stayed in a suite. The TV didn't work. The repair person came and turned it on and said it was working, but the live TV didn't work. He came back a second time, said it was working but when he left, it didn't work. Kinda miserable not having a TV. I had to go lay in bed to watch TV, which is not fun for a couple hours.

We came here because this hotel is dog friendly, and we were soooo pleasantly surprised at how lovely this hotel is! Very nice decor, great snack bar, and the best thing was how clean it was and smelled throughout. Our room and bathroom was modern and updated, very spacious, big TV, great sheer and blackout blinds, delicious coffee, standard AC instead of a wall unit, and vinyl flooring which made it feel extra clean. The hotel staff were ALL very friendly!! The pet fee was $75, which is worth it if they continue to keep everything so tidy and nice. We would come back and recommend for anyone with or without dog!

The drain in the curbless shower was not in the correct place thus water ran onto the bathroom floor to the toilet which passed the drain near the toilet creating a dangerous slip and fall situation. I went to the evening desk person that said it happens because it's a curbless shower and offered me more towels to mop up the floor. I told him it needed to be mopped up because there was so much water covering over 2/3 of the bathroom. Really?!
