I like the place but I think needs structure modification or renovation there few areas were you can see the rebar they painted over the rebar and not replace the cement that the rust push out from the rebar but I’m not an architect only concern I love the place

The property is very old looking, needs a remodel. The balcony in the room looked unpleasant. The staff was great, and the rooms were ok. The elevators didn't have AC and it was extremely hot. The pool and beach were great. The drinks at the bar were watered down of course. Overall, my stay was good

This was the first trip my honey and I have taken that was actually a success! Daniel the front desk manager was AMAZING me made my surprise trip for my papi the best! We WILL be coming back next time!! Can't forget Nancy she remembered me the whole time I was there. made us feel special!

We got 30 check in. It took them an hour and a half to give us a room then the changes room before they get this one because it wasn’t ready. We expected a lot better for the money we pay very disappointed we’re probably went out he returning to that place I get Our reference will be for them to return us some of our money back for the inconvenience that we have with their hotel not happy at all.

Great last min family fun

Front desk was great was allowed late checkout being a member. Kids were welcomed with inflatable toy balls for the pool and, enjoyed the daily kid activities pool side. The kids Rec person who did the sand art was so kind an patient she needs to be recognized!
