Great stay! The hotel is in a convenient location near Embry-Riddle, which made our trip easy. Staff was very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The room and facilities were clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel – some poor staff members. I set a wakeup alarm for 0630 on the automated wake up phone system - check it twice to ensure it was set properly. The next morning, I awoke at approximately 0830 - never did review the automated wakeup call! I informed the front desk clerk in person and her response was "So? Who did you speak with." Extremely dismissive tone. I explained it was on the automated system. She offered no apology and said she would look into it. Had I been departing for a flight or other time sensitive event, this could have been a real problem. If you have a system in place, it should work. On the positive side, the 2 people at check in the night before were delightful.
