Another amazing family outing

Amazing time as usual. Great staff and above and beyond with their small pet policy. Everyone really seem to enjoy our little puppy and you could tell the joy that it brought to all the kids in the area. Upon check in Maurice himself had already had extra towels and sheets prepared in our room from our previous stay requests. Great time with friends and family looking forward to doing it again. Also check out our Google reviews for uploaded pictures, weren't able to upload them here. Thanks guys!!

Dirty. Room smelled like cigarettes. Roaches in the bathroom, mold in certain areas. Breakfast was just snacks, not sure why they would advertise their snacks as breakfast. Elevator does not work. Doors do no feel like they secure the room, had to put a chair against the door. Had to ask for a new room because the first was horrid. No one at the front desk at night. Feels like there is mold all in the rooms everywhere. No carpet, this would normally not be an issue but when you are next to the beach, it’s nice to touch carpet instead of tile.

Horrible experience

Very old hotel abd it shows, locks on main door exposed and did not feel save, black mold in the pool with debris, holes in walls and concrete ceiling missing chunks. Horrible experience and they will not refund my money i did not stay a second day or night.

Yes, the place is old but they should keep it up better no safety lock on or latch on the doors sliding glass doors did not lock and at 2:30 in the morning someone broke into my room when I was sleeping I had to call the cops I never heard from the Management about my incident.

This is a motel also apartment complex mixed together the only thing I liked is the beach access and that the staff is laid back they don’t bother you this is a cheap place and you get exactly what you pay for go here if you just trying to party and sleep not a ocean front it’s more like side view the way it’s built I am used to actually facing the ocean from my room but this is ghetto at its finest and you have to disinfect and clean stuff to make sure it’s clean because it’s filthy

Seaside Hotel Daytona

What a miserable experience. Room was shabby, couldn’t use the outside porch; heater was very loud and uneven heat; front desk couldn’t find our reservation and the price was excessive for what you got. I would not recommend the place to any one.

when we finally was able to open the door to get in the first thing we saw was mold on the shower wall, the refrigerator was rusty, the chair by the fridge was ragged and torn, it had bugs crawling on it, and when my granddaughters sat on the bed there were bugs crawling on the bed, so we looked at the other bed and there were bugs on it also, so I went to the front office and requested my money back after telling them the mess that we found, he refused to refund any money back

This hotel should be torn down it was the worse place I ever seen the ceiling was falling down the door looked as someone tried breaking in the tub was so gross, everything was rusted we left after the first night. I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole hotel would collapse

This place is disgusting. i have photos. I use Expedia all the time. If these are the types of Hotels you are offering to your clients like myself then. It makes me think twice about booking thru expedia again. This hotel should be shut down.

It says elevator availability and the elevators looked like they never worked ever.i have a 3 yr old autistic child and a 7 month old i had to carry up and down to the second floor along with the luggage.

Upon check in it was ok the counter clerk was super nice. Going into the room it reaked of cigerettes and marijuana. My son found a hed bug and we saw multiple roaches . The bathroom and shower was disgusting . The bedding was stained/dirty. The chairs was ripped up and filthy. Outside patio door was awful door kept geyying atuck tjere was a exposed ac register outside (thank god my son was okd enough not to put his hands in there) just over qll w awful experience!

Place was very run down, smelled like weed, beds were falling apart, door didn’t lock right, we kept our valuables in our vehicle. Only thing good about this place was service, they had a small breakfast, pool. But I will not be back because it wasn’t very safe feeling staying here at night.

This property at best was a $50.00 night and that is being kind. Expedia should refund my hotel cost. There pictures are very deceiving. The ceiling is falling inplaces like over the bed, into the bath tub. We had ocean view but could not open the slider to the patio and the glass was dirty. The door lock had been busted out sometime and now barely held the door closed. We found a bowl of dried food under the bed and the list goes on
