For the money it was a place to sleep and on the beach. No dishes or utensils for kitchenette. Shower dripped all the time and tub was damaged. Clean but very old and in need of updates.

Room was old outdated not what was advertised got a kitchenette there was no cooking supplies at all was told when I checked out they do not offer cooking supplies nor do they tell anybody that they need to bring their own I paid extra because I wanted to commit and didn't get it not happy

This place is in an excellent location butttttt Its under renovation . The rooms that are "finished " look like landlord specials . No towel or soap racks in the bathroom . No washer dryer facilities . I checked out early.

The Topaz Motel's most redeaming quality is it is directly across the road from the most amazing Atlantic coastline. A great location at an affordable price. But that is all you are paying for. The owners have attemped to give this old motel a facelift, adding a microwave and minifridge, nice bathroom tile, a partial fresh paint job, new decorations etc. Unfortunately, the patrons have already damaged the room I stayed in. Picture tore off wall, mirror removed from bathroom, microwave missing its plate are just a few things. Houosekeeping used a lot of scented cleaner, but missed the crack pipe that had fallen behind the nightstand. Overall, I would not recommend this motel. There are other ma-n-pa beach front motels just down the road with the same awesome view, with safer, cleaner, better maintained accomidations.
