Needs updating, breakfast attendant was rude, I use my own bread for toast do to allergies and she would not let me use the toaster, I've never ever had that happen before, I was so upset and she just was not nice...we are platinum IHG but when they realized we came in with Expedia, they wouldn't give us our points for IHG and their attitude changed, just wasn't a very good experience, wish I wouldn't have used my one key cash points on them, they didn’t deserve our money or points, definitely won't go back there..

Front desk was top notch. Rooms were very clean. close to lots of cool stuff.
View of the pool & jacuzzi area.
Green Springs. More rustic walk. But so beautiful. Only like 10 to 15 min from hotel.
Blue Springs, a.must see especially when the manatees are there to seek refuge from the cold waters. The spring is a constant like 74 ish degrees. There were close to 500 when we were there. Incredible. 12 to 15 min from hotel!

I wanted to share feedback regarding my stay at your property on 1/11/2025. Unfortunately, my experience was not ideal. The room was quite noisy, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, constantly blinking on and off. Additionally, I called at 3:31 PM to request a roll-away bed, and I was assured it would be placed in my room by the time I arrived. However, when I checked in around 6:00-7:00 PM, the bed was not in the room. I didn’t receive it until nearly midnight, which was quite inconvenient. I hope you can look into these matters to ensure future guests have a better experience. Thank you for your attention to this.

Good: Updated furniture was clean and functional. Plenty of digital ports! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent free breakfast--many entree and protein options, and the quality of the prepared food was better than anything I've ever experienced, other than at a dedicated bed and breakfast. Not so good: There were many scratches and dents on the entry and bathroom doors. The bath tile and walls had several flaws/cracks that were not sealed or caulked properly. Shower curtain was flimsy and did not function well to prevent water from seeping onto bathroom floor. The water (or something) had an excessively strong chlorine odor. Something else in the room contributed to a strong musty odor, which may have been mildew or mold, but may have just been A/C unit blowing dust in a humid climate.
