Okay for the price

The room walls and baseboards were extremely dirty, towels are tiny and don’t absorb. Beds were clean. About 5 hours in the AC started making a terrible noise but we were already unpacked and didn’t ask for a change in room but didn’t sleep well.

Ceilings are peeling. Large cracks in bathroom tiles. Grout was disgusting, and the floor was dirty. Bathroom door looks like it hasn’t been wiped in years and entry door doesn’t close unless you push it closed. Wear slippers or you are going to go to bed with dirty feet. Linens were clean and beds small but comfy. Used the pay at property option and they charged me hours before the check in time and then tried to get me for another $30 when I got there. I asked why and they couldn’t give me a clear answer and then said nevermind. Was not worth over $200 per night. Would not recommend!

Simply Terrible

Thursday is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time. For 200/night I got to walk into a room with visible cockroaches, a cigarette butt on the bed frame, hair in the shower from previous guests, bed linens that looked 40 years old, and barely any hot water in the showers. We checked in late at night on the first night but I could not stay for a second and cancelled my reservation. The only good party of my experience was the partial refund that hotels.com helped facilitate. Would never stay here again.

The room was modern and somewhat clean but worn in spots. Breakfast was from 7 AM on, but I checked at 7:30, and it was still not open. When I checked out at 7:45 (I had to ring the bell to get someone), breakfast was still not available, and the checkout person did not offer any explanation.

This was my second stay here. The first was disastrous, I had already booked the second stay, it was non refundable. This stay was so much better. The faucets were all attached, the TV worked. I brought my own sheets, a blanket and towels. The tub felt slimy so I put a towel in the bottom and stood on that. It’s a shame really. It’s such a convenient location for me and the people are super nice. Hotel just needs a little work and all new, nicer linens.
