The pool was cold and the hot tub was as cold as the pool. We chose this property specifically for the indoor pool, I had 2 disappointed kids who had been in the car all day. I left at 9:20am and there was no coffee available.

Y’all were doing construction on the second floor. My wife fell over some of the construction material. She hurt herself, cut herself minor. Nobody seemed to even care.
