This is an older hotel that used to be a Holidome. My husband & I stayed here 40 years ago. That said, it is still a great place to stay. The lobby is so beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and towels fluffy! The hotel has some wear but that’s to be expected. The pool is large and very clean. The breakfast is one of the best “hotel free breakfast” we have experienced. A great place to stay for the money. This was our second stay in the last couple of months. Our son lives just a few miles away so it’s perfect for us. We will be back!

Family of 5 with 3 kids 16 and under, we were placed in none connecting rooms and down the hall from each other. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush unless you took the lid off and messed with the thing inside. One of the bottles glued to the shower fell off the wall while my husband showered, a second one fell off in the middle of the night. We were placed in a room with a view of one of their event spaces (which is fine), however there was an event going on until 11pm making sleep difficult for us as music blared in our room.

The front desk person was a bit rude. On the photos it looks way better than in person. It’s definitely an old hotel and it has a creepy atmosphere. It was very empty and some hallways were completely dark throughout the building. The closet had moisture bags in it and they were full. I was traveling alone for work and it made me feel a bit unsafe. I recommend staying at one of the more known hotels in the area if you’re traveling alone.

Horrible super loud music and car wheels squealing in the parking lot late sat night and Sunday morning. Unable to sleep. Terrible pillows like bricks. Broken hair dryer. Requested a replacement along with new towels. No delivery. Will NEVER stay there again.

I booked a double queen room. To save on occupant space not realizing it would cost more, because I didn't think to ask. The bathoom floor was soaked after plugging the bathtub drain to soak my feet. Julia was wonderful and cleaned it up for me. The event space in the PPG room was entirely too cold. I would give this place a second try if the need arises.
