The cleaning staff for rooms was almost nonexistent. We had to go get towels, toilet paper, and tissues. Front desk was awesome.

Staff was super friendly! The women at the front desk immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Check in was easy and fast. I was told about all the amenities the hotel offered clearly and in great conversation. My room was easy to find and was clean upon arriving. I absolutely loved the bathtub and the cleanliness of the entire room. The pool area was a bonus my children had a blast. The pool area was well stocked with towels and bathroom was clean. Elevators, hallways and stairwells were also very well kept. Breakfast was way better than expected so many options with a make your own waffle station which my kids enjoyed a lot. The breakfast attendant was present keeping the food stocked and breakfast area cleaned. She also welcomed us as we walked in. It was just an overall good experience and I will most definitely be staying here again. I appreciate everyone who made my stay amazing.

Ok. Don’t leave expensive stuff in your room

Overall it was ok. However one of my co-workers complaint about a housekeeping staff stealing money from his backpack while he stepped out of his room. He even had a do not disturb sign on the door, but she still went in the room. He even confronted the staff nember and asked her if someone went in his room, she admitted she did go in to clean it. He then asked her why if there was a do not disturb sign. She became very defensive. He reported it to the front desk and was told he had to wait until Monday to inform the general manager.
