From the first impression to the time we left, this was not a good hotel stay for us. The person checking us in was not personable or welcoming personality-wise. The hotel room smelled musty. Our bed literally sloped down from the foot of the bed to the pillows, and was not comfortable at all. The not of sleep was absolutely miserable as the AC unit rattled very loudly every time it ran all night long. Combine that with the sounds of loud semi trucks and vehicles coming through the window like it was open, this was one of the most miserable nights at a hotel that we've ever had. If you do stay here, make sure to get a room on the backside of the hotel. We would've been more than willing to share how bad our stay was with the front desk, but she didn't even acknowledge us on the way out. Only reason why we gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the room was actually clean.

In desperate need of update. Carpet was old, microwave was yellowing like it was an original from the 80's. Weird smell in room, bed was hard, very small room, mirror had streaks, dust build up in A/C unit, advertised breakfast until 930 but at 9 everything was running low and employees hid rather then make more. Will not stay again

There was nothing nice about this hotel absolutely disgusting. Would never stay here again. The room was awful, horrible smell, TV didn't work and had to leave to get breakfast. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $100 stay somewhere else.

The strong scent of cleaning or deodorizing agents was very off-putting. We use very little scents, so this was difficult to stay in. It was a very strong odor.

They were really full, so maybe that’s why we got a room that was poorly cleaned (feces in the toilet and mildew in the shower) and in bad shape (fraying carpet and white duct tape on the shower floor covering up some whole or something). The beds seemed fine and the staff was nice. The breakfast was blah and the coffee was watery.

If I could I would ask for a refund. The top of the bedding clearly had spots that no one washed. I got down to the comforter and there wa still stains. My sheets clearly had stains but probably washed. The stairs tv windows were filthy. I feel like someone owes me a discount. You gave this a 7,5 rating. I would give it a 1.3 rating. Extremely disgusted and I don’t feel safe as a single 70 year old woman.
