All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Lynnda. She kept the breakfast area stocked and clean and added pleasant friendly conversation as well. The breakfast had a good selection.

The breakfast in the morning was a nice selection that Lynnda kept stocked and hot throughout the breakfast times. She made pleasant conversation while she worked and was a nice and friendly addition to the already good staff.

Good day, but rude service desk employee

The day was OK but the service and the rudeness of the person at the service desk was not OK. I’d asked when I had registered for the hotel room to possibly check in a little early and I actually called them too and said no problem. we got there about 30 minutes early and they refused to let us check in until exactly 3 PM. There was no pleasantness with him. He was quite rude when I tried to check in.
