I enjoyed my stay. But the staff needs some work. When I checked in and out I had to yell hello three times until someone came out to help me. Why wasn't anybody attending the desk? But other than that it was a nice hotal. I'd come again.

It’s time to update - and they should do it faster. It’s a beautiful facility that must have been wonderful in its heyday. However, it’s sagging in disappointment. You’ll still enjoy your stay but will feel like you’re missing something - paying the high prices with a removed jacuzzi and subpar cleaning of the pool. Things could be cleaned better but they are not every time you look. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and the staff is nice but I expect more from a Hilton.

The hotel is lovely and they are updating the rooms. However, construction on rooms adjacent to ours began at 7 am and that was not how I expected anger to be awoken. One would think that they would keep remodeling in one area of the hotel and not use the adjacent rooms for sale, especially since the hotel was not full. The upgraded room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom lacked anywhere to hang towels or a bathrobe, and there was no hair dryer provided when there used to be.
