Booked one room, given another — disappointing I reserved a specific room but was moved to a different one at check-in without prior notice. This created unnecessary inconvenience during my stay and wasn’t what I paid for or planned around. I chose this property based on the room I selected, so being reassigned was frustrating. I’d like to see the hotel honor confirmed bookings, communicate proactively when changes are unavoidable, and offer appropriate compensation when guests don’t receive the room type reserved.

It was a nice property BUT there was no one on duty from about 7 pm-9 am. There were supplies in the lobby for coffee but we had to access the water from our room. Continental breakfast was a joke! It was a bowl in the refrigerator with boiled eggs, children’s carton of juice and squeeze yogurt, an orange, and a container of orange slices in juice. The shower curtain was supposed to be white but the bottom was brown from dirty water. Needs improvement

Very pricey. Rooms are large. Coffee , refrigerator, and microwave in room. Front desk did not do a good job keeping up with coffee and supples for the guests. Bed was a little hard for my taste. Bathroom shower was squirting water on ceiling. Bathroom sink did not drain well. Paid for location, about 12 miles from Denali entrance.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and made me feel genuinely welcome. It is cose enough to Denali National Park to be there in just a few minutes. For the price it is a good hotel to stay for a day. I don’t know if I would want to stay longer just because it was very hot in our room and we could hear the people upstairs very well.
