We had a wonderful stay at the Aurora Denali Lodge. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Everything about our stay was easy and relaxing, making it the perfect base for exploring Denali. We will definitely be back on our next visit!

It’s a very basic motel, I am not sure why they are charging $240 per night. The property is extremely dated, the carpet is stinking, we had to air out the room for a few hours after we entered. They provide a tiny exhaust fan in each room. The carpet stinks of pee, the toilet was broken, kept leaking, the slowest WiFi I have had in 10-15 years of any hotel. They are taking advantage of tourists and the peak season, as there are not many hotels around Denali.

Excellent reception staff

We had a problem with our rental car and the reception staff were beyond helpful. Allowing us to use the hotel phone to arrange transport as we had poor mobile reception. They even let us check back into our room while we waited for the tow truck.

Terrible service I booked 2 nights and got their conformation text, but when I arrived, the front desk told me they only booked one night. They do not have rooms next day. They knew it's their mistake and left me helpless. They did not want to give the key and asked me to wait their assistant manager. It took over hour with my wet cloth due to hiking. I called the Expedia helpline. After 2 hours, the Expedia helped me book another hotel for next night. The assistant manager cannot do a simple math. But like power control and did not allow the front desk give the key for the first night. No idea the agreement commitment. I asked their manager name and she did not want to give me. I do not believe they know professional manner.

A perfect place to explore Denali. The breakfast bowls the staff leaves in the fridge were a great surprise and we fully enjoyed them. Our room was spotless as was the rest of the properly. Close to dining options and a small grocery store.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. The area is quiet and conveniently located. The breakfast supplies provided were okay and appreciated although not to our personal taste. Would have preferred ceramic cups etc for coffee and tea - too many single use plastics! Overall a pleasant stay.
