This was a one night stop on my way to somewhere else, and it was perfect. The room was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, and check-in was really easy. The bed was extremely comfortable, something I was not expecting

Nice little place

The Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the area was great for what we were looking for. Room was clean and towels were changed out each day with fresh ones. My only complaint is the towels are pretty small and thin. Otherwise, would recommend.

The facilities are severely outdated. Need serious upgrades. The reviews were good but the property is bad. Old mattresses. Bathrooms and showers very outdated. The shower is short and I struggled to get my head under the shower at 6 ft tall. It was clean….. but very old and run down. The arcade had half the games out of order. Awful towels.

The area is quiet compared to other parts of the Cape. There is an overwhelming musty smell immediately upon entering the room. The room was clean, but far from immaculate. Unfortunately for me, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache every morning. My husband alternated between the bed and the stained upholstered chair with ottoman. The A/C worked well but it loud. Noise travels from the room above us as if the people were in the room with us. We didn’t use the pool but it looked decent. Miniature golf was fun and convenient. The arcade appeared fun for kids. Conveniently located on the property is an ice cream stand. I would not stay here again and would definitely not stay here if I was traveling with young children or people with asthma due to the smell. Across the road is the 7 Seas restaurant, which is an excellent place for breakfast.

Everything seemed out dated except the bed which was extremely comfortable. There was a used contact lense on the wall in the bathroom. The pictures online definitely made it look a lot newer than what it actually is.

The room look like it was cleaned, however it had a strong mildew odor. No ventilation and everything felt damp. The carpets made your feet black which just felt disgusting. The convenience of the location and the ice cream parlor on site was nice. Lots to do with the kids but the arcade is very run down and all of the machines ate up our tokens and didn't work.

The place was clean and check in and out was easy. Air conditioning unit not working well and staff of no help for this. Also asked for extra towels and never got them and had to go to office to get. And had to ask to get more toilet paper for they never filled when cleaned the room And ran out.
