Staff was very nice, helpful with information in the area. The room was spotless, everything was labeled,plenty of towels,etc. The reason its not a 5 star , is because I couldn't sleep. The room was too bright, full blinds were opaque, other verticle blinds were only at 1/2 way, and also see through. Wall heater was lit all night. Pretty, unless you want to sleep. Too bad because , otherwise it was a cute room. Please consider blackout shades.

My dog was graciously welcomed. The place was clean and comfortable. It was reasonably priced for off-season. We really only came to spend the night to see a high school play. They had just finished creating a beautiful apartment that I check out. Jonathan Edwards was perfect for a quick sleep-over. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

While I was walking to the front door the owner met me outside and offered to upgrade my room. Of course I said yes! The room was beautifully decorated very clean with an electric fireplace which made the room very warm n inviting. I had access to a full kitchen a living room with a huge tv and sofa n a very nice n clean bathroom with plenty of fresh towels. I hope I travel to Cape Cod again because I want the opportunity to stay at this place again. I highly recommend staying here if given the chance. Very close to plenty of restaurants to chose from as well.

Me and my mother stayed in the best room and the pictures deceive you. The motel rents rooms to the derelicts of society. You do not feel safe. The room was dirty with extension cords across the floor. The shower head fell on my handicapped mother and broke. The shower curtain was poor and you didn’t want it to touch you. This place needs to renovate clean the nooks and crannies only rent to good clientele then it would be what the pictures show. I will not stay here again. Someone banged on my AC in the middle of the night.

5 min drive to the beach but we prefered to take the e scooters. Area to walk the dog and smoke was nice to have a fire if you want. Pool looked clean. People were friendly but left us alone like we like

I like the staff but there is little heat in the 2 rooms we have stayed in and not enough blankets twice in a row. 100 a night is a bit much. The second time there was no hot water in the morning. Its convenient amdnopennfor business but not really trying that hard...

I subscribe to “you get what you pay for” it is simply a 2 star place to sleep that has undergone somewhat of a facelift. Grounds are unkempt and yes some transient people staying. Sparse furnishings (no towels, and honestly didn’t ask, just used our own) and bathroom sink barely drained. That being said it is pet friendly and somewhere to rest your head. Note: If you want to “sleep in” don’t use the king deluxe room it has a skylight.

The room itself was fine. Staff was never in office, no register or departure required. Had to call for nice gentleman to assist me with room & combo of door. Could have used a coffee maker. Many people possibly low income, were living there. Would prefer knowing about this ahead of time so I would feel more comfortable with seeing them & bicycles all parked around specific rooms. Some noise at night. Not sure where it was coming from. Pot holes in parking lot were pretty bad. Had to drive around to protect my car.
