First day arriving, the hotel did not have functioning hot water (no mention of this at check-in). Upon asking, the worker at the desk said they someone was “working on the pipes”. No mention of when it might be fixed. Later that night an actual living mouse crawled out from under the bed! I got a new room, but 100% this is a health code violation. Told the desk and they said “oh, there used to be a mouse problem…” apparently ONGOING. On the second day, the lobby heat stopped working (rooms heat still fun toned). Recommend find somewhere else!!

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room was clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. However the room was lacking in storage space - 2 small storage drawers and limited space to hang things Staff were very polite and accommodating. Also some common areas were not clean. Additionally there was only one ice machine that was working in the entire hotel and that was on the 3rd floor (We were on the 7th floor). Despite these short comings we would stay there again.

The room was in good condition, but what was not told to us that we had to ask the front desk for morning clean up for the maid's to come in to clean. This was something that should have been told to us. All other complaints are minor, and could be circumstances that we stayed at the hotel during Thanksgiving weekend.
