I am staying at this hotel every time I visit family in MD, which is usually 3-4 times a year. It is a modest no frills basic hotel/motel and it is overall clean and the stuff is friendly. Parking is sufficient and there are places to eat, even walking distance. Breakfast is decent, even though scrambled eggs would have been better than the egg patties they serve, which taste like imitation eggs. Also, Turkey or Chicken links would be so much better than what is served. But it’s only food… we are very happy with everything else.

Clean, good location near Shady Grove Metro, shower handle is hard to move and some fool kept a yapping dog in their car and it never stopped all night, or it was in a room. Sheets were clean and soft, well kept building!

Staff was spectacular, especially the late night security guy. Very engaging and funny - especially on NYE when I am sure he would have rather been out at a party. Instead, he was kind, courteous and helpful when I asked where I should walk my dog.

We stay in this hotel every time we visit family in MD and we love it!! There is ample parking, staff is very friendly and rooms generally clean. Breakfast is GREAT aside of not having a non-pork option. Please bring turkey sausage!!!

For the money spent you can't beat it. Very impressed with the breakfast. The hotel is not brand new but everything is very well maintained, clean and very presentable. I would go back in a second.
