First off I paid for one king bed and ended up with two queen. Second, the bed I slept on was like a board. The girl at the front desk who checked me in was lovely and made check in fast and easy but I didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator before she told me. So after lugging my stuff to the second floor room I was given that I discovered had two queen instead of one king bed in it, it would have been a lot of work effort and time to go get another room.

We have stayed at this property a few other times while spending time in Indianola, and have always been satisfied. Since our last stay they have done some updating including new flooring and fixtures, which was needed and appreciated. We like having breakfast included in our stay, however, this time we were disappointed that the scrambled eggs were lukewarm at best, even though we ate shortly after breakfast started at 6:00 a.m. Other than that we were very happy and definitely will stay there again when we are in the area.
